Beautiful flat located on the fifth and last floor of a period building, newly renovated internally, with lift (not suitable for the disabled). There are steps for access.
In 55 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates two people with a double bedroom.

The property is located in the Esquilino district, one of the most central and lively districts of the city, a few steps from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Piazza Vittorio and Termini Station.

The interior space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA.Relaxation area with sofa and TV, dining table and desk. AC split.
Kitchenette complete with four induction burners, refrigerator and freezer, traditional oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, mocha, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils. Gas detector.
BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60x2.00 mt), two bedside tables with lamp, closet, chest of drawers, mirror and desk, smart TV. AC split. Smoke detector.
BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline and washing machine with dryer (inside cabinet in hallway).
Independent heating.

- From Fiumicino airport, it is possible to reach the accommodation by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Airport station to Roma Termini stop, a 7-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to use the Terravision bus service to Rome Termini station, a 7-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in about 7 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, street parking is available for a fee around the property. Alternatively, it is possible to park (always for a fee) at Park Giolitti, in Via Giovanni Giolitti 267, a 5-minute walk from the apartment, open 24 hours a day.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
