In 5minutes walk it is possible to reach the Bologna subway station
It is possible to pay parking on the street or at the Parking delle Provincie

The interior space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN.Kitchenette complete with four gas burners, refrigerator and freezer, electric stove, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various cooking utensils.
LIVING ROOM. sofa bed (1.40x1.90 mt), dining area with table and chairs, and armchair. AC split.
BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60x.1.90 mt), two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and two closets. Split of the AC. Access to balcony.
BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, hair dryer and washing machine.

OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

- From Fiumicino airport, it is possible to reach the accommodation by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Airport station to Roma Tiburtina station, less than 10 minutes on foot from the property.

- From Roma Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Roma Termini station, where it is possible to take the underground to “Bologna” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground to "Bologna" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- If you're travelling by car, there are several garages around the property (parking available for a fee).

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
