Cozy 15 smq room with kitchenette, equipped with the main comforts to accommodate two people, including unlimited WIFI and A/C. The accommodation is very quiet and is located in the very central Porto district (ZTL) on a side street of Via Marconi, one of the main arteries of the city equipped with all services. It is also located near Piazza San Francesco, Piazzetta Pasolini and the Mercato delle Erbe, and with a short walk you can reach all the points of interest.

The 15 sqm room is located on the ground floor of a condominium building (please note a step at the entrance) and is made up as follows:

- Small kitchenette with two induction hobs, moka, mini fridge and dining table
- Sleeping area with two single beds
- Bathroom equipped with shower box and wc with hand shower

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning, heating with heat pump and TV. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). Baby cot on request (for a fee).

N.B.: the accommodation is located in the ZTL, pay attention if you travel by car.

Bologna is a modern and clean city and the apartment is in a good position for a complete visit of the city and its surroundings. Palazzo Fava, Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, San Petronio and the university area are certainly worthy of a careful visit during your stay. The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are exceptional for admiring a breathtaking panorama of Bologna and relaxing in nature.
The accommodation is located in the Porto district, a short distance from all points of interest. All essential services are close at hand: bars, supermarkets and chemists are in fact within 300 metres.

To reach the main points of interest:
- Fountain of Neptune: 10 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Maggiore: 11 minutes on foot;
- Basilica of San Petronio: 12 minutes on foot;
- Via dell'Indipendenza (shopping street): 8 minutes on foot;
- Two Towers: 13 minutes on foot.

- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: it is possible to reach the accommodation on foot in 15 minutes (1km) or take bus line 21 to the "Marconi" stop 150 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM THE AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service from the airport to the "Stazione Centrale" stop, then take bus line 21 to the "Marconi" stop 150 meters from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the apartment is in the ZTL, pay attention to the entrances. We recommend that you leave your car for a fee at the Autorimessa Marconi, in Via Riva di Reno 65, a 3-minute walk from the accommodation.
