The center of Pisa is easily reachable by public transport (bus stop 4 minutes walk away).

The apartment of approximately 35 sqm is located on the third floor of a building with a lift (steps to access it).

The inside is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, 42" TV, split A/ C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle (raised), sink, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY with small table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, central heating, split air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom), washing machine (on the balcony), hairdryer, drying rack, clothes hanger stand, insect screens, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

In order to provide you a smooth process of check in, please advise your key holder in advance your approximate time of arrival.

The Cisanello hospital is located about a 12-minute walk from the accommodation, while the city center can be easily reached by bus, the "Torri 2" stop is a 4-minute walk from the property. Pisa Central Station, a hub for all the main public transport lines to reach the main points of interest in the city, is about 20 minutes away by public transport.
