Cozy apartment of 60 sqm, for 4 people, located on the second floor of a building without elevator.
A few steps from the beach, the property is located in the center of Tirrenia. Near the accommodation it is possible to find all the main services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The center of Pisa is about 25 minutes by car.
The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, 42" TV, dining table and ceiling fan;
- KITCHEN with 4-burner induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, moka, cooking utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet, washing machine and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
Baby cot available upon request, depending on the availability.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pisa (€2.50 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

The apartment is located in Tirrenia, a hamlet of Pisa, quiet and comfortable area. The beach is about 500 meters from the accommodation and near the property it is possible to find the main services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The center of Pisa, with its attractions, can be reached by car in about 25 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station, the hub of all the main public transport lines in order to reach the main points of interest in the city, in about 40 minutes by bus.
Livorno is about 22 minutes by car.
