Porta Nuova Cozy Apartment x6 - w/ Balcony

Cozy apartment of 70 sqm with balcony, able to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, located on the third floor of a building with elevator. We are in the Crocetta district well equipped with shops and restaurants, as well as being well served by public transport that also connect it to Turin Caselle airport. Porta Nuova Station is about 11 minutes' walk from the property.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table and TV;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and walk-in closet;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with tub/shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

Crocetta is one of the most prestigious residential areas of Turin, famous for its splendid historic houses and its green areas. Every day (except Sunday) it is possible to stroll among the stalls of a beautiful open-air market, a shopping destination for tourists and for the Turinese.
Quiet neighborhood but convenient for all services, it is a 12-minute walk from Porta Nuova station and only 23 minutes on foot from the center.
Moving on foot you can also reach:
- 1.1 km the NIZZA stop of the Metro
- 1.2 km San Salvario, the nightlife district
- 1.5 km the shopping streets and the historic center
A 15-minute walk away you can reach Piazza Carlo Felice and Via Roma, and from there take the arcades that run along the most beautiful streets and squares of the city in a single walk, up to Piazza Vittorio crossing the splendid Via Po, defined as “Regina viarum”, being the widest street in Turin at the time of its construction. In the opposite direction in 20 minutes on foot you reach the GAM - Galleria Civica Moderna.

How to get to the apartment:
- From Porta Nuova Station: in 8 minutes by tram line 4 (Pastrengo final stop, located 4 minutes from the apartment).
- From Porta Susa Station: in 19 minutes by bus n 27 and n 14 (Einaudi final stop, located 4 minutes from the accommodation).
- From Caselle Airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova Station or take a taxi

The apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines.
