Cozy apartment of 75 sqm, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 4 minutes walk from Rudargia Beach. The centre of Porto Rotondo is a 17-minute walk away and the Gulf of Marinella with its wide sandy beaches can be reached in 9 minutes by car.
The property is equipped with every comfort, including a communal swimming pool and a private garden with a large furnished veranda.

Communal swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September - provided for the presence of a lifeguard.

The apartment is at the exclusive guests' disposal for their entire stay!

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Olbia Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Porto Rotondo is a wonderful seaside resort in northern Sardinia close to Costa Smeralda and famous for its internationally renowned Yacht Club, nightclubs and trendy restaurants including the "Tartarughino" and "La Rosa dei Venti". In the evening it is very pleasant to walk through the streets of the center (pedestrian area) and enjoy the tasty ice cream parlors, the elegant boutiques or the aperitif and evening venues. During the day you can reach the beaches of Ira, Punta Volpe, Sassi, Algae and Hruska with their crystal clear turquoise waters and even reachable by a city mini-bus "beach service"! The location is exceptional: a few km from Olbia Isola Bianca (Porto) and Olbia Costa Smeralda (Airport) and base to explore the beaches of the Costa Smeralda, Palau, La Maddalena and its archipelago and (if you have a lot of desire to drive!) also the beautiful areas of Castelsardo / Stintino in the West and Tavolara, Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo and San Teodoro in south-east!

- From Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, the fastest way to reach the apartment is by car - about 22 minutes (18.8 Km).
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 491 to the stop "465 - Porto Rotondo Farmacia", about 8 minutes walk from the property.

- From Porto Isola Bianca in Olbia, the fastest way to reach the apartment is by car - about 19 minutes (16.2 Km).
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 292 to the stop "Via Mameli - Passaggio A Livello Civico 6". From here, it is possible to reach the stop "Via Mameli" (1 minute walk) and take the bus 491 to the stop "465 - Porto Rotondo Farmacia", 8 minutes walk from the property.
