The 30 sqm studio apartment is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION, you need to climb the stairs to access it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- KITCHENETTE equipped with two induction hobs, mini fridge, moka, electric kettle and toaster
- LIVING AREA with sofa, dining table and split A/C
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, TV and wardrobe
- BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower box.

We are in the elegant Santo Stefano district not far from the entrance to the Giardini Margherita, the historic green lung of Bologna, always active with kiosks and activities for sports lovers and from Porta Santo Stefano which gives access to the city centre. The area is widely served by bars, food shops, pharmacies and means of transport. With a short walk through the porticoes of Santo Stefano you arrive at the Two Towers and the Piazza delle Sette Chiese and the points of greatest interest present in the most historic part of the quadrilateral. Present shortly after the Santo Stefano gate is the Baraccano complex with its small theater and further on the historic Duse Theatre.

- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus line 32, final stop "Porta Santo Stefano" 600 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM THE AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service to the central station and from here with bus line 32, final stop "Porta Santo Stefano" 600 meters from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Parking on the street is paid on blue lines.
