Lovely apartment of 50 sqm located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (one step to access), can accommodate up to 3 people. The accommodation is located in the beautiful town of Quartu Sant'Elena, area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.
A 2-minute on foot from the port of Marina di Capitana and a few minutes from Capitana Beach.

The accommodation consists of one bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and patio.

The accommodation of 50 sqm is located on the ground floor of a building without elevator. A step to access.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, clothes stand, split A/C, access to the courtyard with washing machine;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, table with chairs, split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster, juicer, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, access to the patio;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The town of Quartu Sant'Elena rises on the southern part of the Campidano plain. It is the third municipality in the region by population, after Cagliari and Sassari. To visit the best Quartu and surroundings we suggest the use of the car. The main beach is undoubtedly that of Poetto, which is both the largest city beach and the most popular, easily accessible by public transport. The other noteworthy beaches are those of Sant'Andrea, Flumini, Capitana, Is Mortorius, Terra Mala, Cala Regina, Murtaucci or Is Canaleddus, Mari Pintau or Portu sa Traia, Kal'e Moru and Geremeas. The beaches of Murtaucci and Poetto have also been awarded the Blue Flag. Some of these beaches are characterized by a very fine white sand, others, such as Mari Pintau, the presence of pebbles and rocks.
Among the churches, the basilica of Saint Helena Empress stands out, which preserves beautiful frescoes and a statue of the Saint, carried in procession during the patron feast (mid-September).
In addition, the accommodation is located within walking distance from Quartu hospital and the main clinics.

- Capitana beach: 4 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot;
- Marina di Capitana tourist harbour: 2 minutes on foot;
- Murtaucci beach: 5 minutes by car;
- Basilica of Saint Helena Empress: 22 minutes by car.

- Grim Coffee: 6 minutes on foot;
- Coop (supermarket): 6 minutes walk.

-From Cagliari Elmas "Mario Mameli" airport: it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the transport by regional train from the Elmas Airport terminus to the stop "Cagliari", continue with the PF bus to the stop "Via Liri"only 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.
Alternatively you can take a taxi (journey time 39 minutes).

-From Cagliari Centrale station you can continue by bus PF to the stop "Via Liri", just 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.
Alternatively, we recommend renting a car to discover the wonderful city of Quartu Sant'Elena and its surroundings.

-For those traveling by car: you can park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) in the street near the property, or you can park in the street for a fee (blue stripes).
