Charming apartment of 60 sqm, for 4 people, located on the 3rd floor of a historical building without an elevator. The property is located in the heart of the city (Restricted Traffic Area), close to the main cultural attractions and just a short walk from Santa Maria Novella station. The Borgo Ognissanti is perfect for exploring Florence without transportation.
The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom, a full bathroom and a service bathroom.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, desk, flat-screen TV and dining table;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob (4 burners), small fridge with freezer, moka, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- MEZZANINE with BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and INTERNAL BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet;
- SERVICE BATHROOM (on the lower level) with sink and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the bedroom on the mezzanine), independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom on the lower level), iron and ironing board, hairdryer and drying rack.

PLEASE NOTE: it is not permitted to stay with children under the age of 12.

PLEASE NOTE: there are internal stairs to reach the mezzanine with the bedroom and the bathroom with the shower.

PLASE NOTE: both outside and inside the entrance door, there are motion detectors (NOT cameras) that activate courtesy lights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you after booking with the code that will be sent to you the day before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

A surcharge applies for arrivals for check-ins after 21:00:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
