It is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue lines) or at the Trastevere garage, 2 minutes away on foot

The internal space is organized as follows:

LIVING AREA. Sofa, dining table for four people and desk. Kitchenette complete with four induction burners, fridge and freezer, moka and Nespresso coffee machine, traditional oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils. Split AC with heat pump. Access to the balcony with table and two chairs.
BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and armchair. Split AC with heat pump.
BATH. Shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by regional train to Rome Trastevere Station. From here you can take the public transportation Line 3 to "Bernardino da Feltre" stop.

-From Roma Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Train Station by shuttle bus service. From Termini Station you can reach the apartment by public transportation Line H to "Bernardino da Feltre" stop, 1 minute away on foot.

The building is located outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area It is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue stripes) or at Trastevere garage, 2 minutes away on foot.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
