Comfortable 75sqm apartment able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a period building with elevator (not suitable for disabled people). The property is located in an area full of services just a few minutes away from Piazza Bologna (underground stop) and is well connected by public transport.
If you're travelling by car it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue stripes) or at Bologna Garage, 2 minutes away on foot.

The inside is organized as follows:

-LIVING ROOM: sofa, split A/C, dining table and access to the small balcony furnished with outdoor table and chairs
-KITCHEN: induction hob, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle and moka
-BATHROOM: bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, iron, clothesline and hairdryer

PLEASE NOTE: hot water is provided by a boiler, possible waiting for water heating

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment is located near Nomentano district, a residential area in the north-east of the city. The heart of the the district is Piazza Bologna, the commercial center of the area along with the side streets. Behind this square, between Viale XXI Aprile and Via Nomentana, there is an area full of numerous buildings surrounded by greenery, built between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.

The neighborhood is very lively, full of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also well connected with the historic center of Rome, thanks to the undeground (Bologna stop 4 minutes on foot) and the numerous bus lines, running also at night, which stop nearby.

- From Fiumicino airport, it is possible to reach the accommodation by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Airport station to Roma Tiburtina station, less than 10 minutes on foot from the property. Alternatively, you can take the Leonardo Express to Roma Termini, where you can take the underground to "Bologna" stop, 4 minutes walk away

- From Roma Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Roma Termini station, where it is possible to take the underground to “Bologna” stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground to "Bologna" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
