It is possible to park on the street for a fee (it's outside the Restricted Traffic Area).

The apartment is located few steps away from Piazza San Giovanni and the Basilica of the same name, in one of the most beautiful and characteristic neighborhoods of the city center. Walking through the neighborhood you can admire Renaissance palaces, the basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the Scala Santa.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment via Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini Station and here you can take the Metro to "Manzoni" stop, 5 minutes away on foot or, alternatively , line 16 to "Merulana / S. Giovanni" stop, 1 minute walk away.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport you can reach the apartment by the shuttle service to Rome Termini Station and here you can take the Metro to "Manzoni" stop, 5-minute walk away or, alternatively, the line 16 to "Merulana / S. Giovanni" stop, 1 minute walk away.

-From Rome Termini Station you can take the Metro Line to "Manzoni" stop, 5 minutes away on foot or, alternatively, line 16 to "Merulana / S. Giovanni" stop, 1 minute away on foot.

If you're travelling by car you can find paid street parking (blue stripes). The building is outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area. Alternatively, you can park (for a fee) at Super Garage Metronio in Via dell'Amba Aradam 31a, 7-minute walk away from the apartment.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
