Quiet and bright 50sqm studio apartment, with large terrace, able to accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the ground floor of a recently built building, the apartment is a few minutes walk from Tiburtina station and the metro stop.
Quiet apartment ideal for smartworking or studying and relaxing in the chaotic Eternal City.

It is possible to park on the street or, for a fee, at the Nuova Autorimessa Tiburtina, less than 5 minutes away on foot.

The inside is organized as follows:

-SLEEPING AREA: double bed (1.60m X 1.90m), split A/C.
-LIVING: sofa, smart TV, dining table and split A/C.
-KITCHENETTE: induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and moka.
-BATHROOM: shower, sink, bidet and toilet
-TERRACE: accessible by an internal spiral staircase (be careful if you're travelling with children). Furnished with outdoor chairs and table. There are adjacent terraces and the space is bordered by a fence (as in the photos)

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment is located close to Tiburtina Train Station, in a residential area just a few minutes' walk from the station and the metro stop.

The neighborhood is well connected to the historic center by metro line (Tiburtina stop) and the railway connection

Among the main points of interest we point out:
- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 30 minutes by public transport;
- Piazza di Spagna: 30 minutes by public transport;
- Villa Borghese: 30 minutes by public transport;
- St. Peter's Square and Vatican City: 45 minutes by public transport.

- Dar Bottarolo restaurant: 350m - 4 minutes on foot
- Senior Jag Carè: 270m - 3 minutes on foot
- Decò Supermarket: 650m - 8 minutes on foot

- From Fiumicino airport, you can reach the apartment by regional train from Fiumicino Airport to Roma Tiburtina stop, less than 5 minutes on foot from the property.

- From Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by "Ciampino Airlink - Station" service which connects the airport to Ciampino Train station. From here it is possible to take the regional train to Roma Tiburtina station, which is less than 5 minutes walk away from the property.

- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the subway to "Tiburtina" stop, less than 5 minutes walk away from the property.

- If you're travelling by car it is possible to park on the street or, for a fee, at Nuova Autorimessa Tiburtina, less than 5 minutes away on foot.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
We will be available for any question and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.

Other things to note
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
