Bright and quiet 55sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the fifth floor, with elevator (not suitable for the disabled: steps to access), of a building in the city center few steps away from MM Vittorio Emanuele stop, the apartment is the ideal solution to comfrotably visit Rome both on foot or by public transportation. It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at the International Car Service (1 minute away on foot).

The inside is organized as follows:

-BEDROOM: double futon (1.60m X 2.00m) and access to the small balcony
-LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed (1.60m X 1.90m), dining table, smart TV, coat hanger
-KITCHENETTE: 4-burner hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle and moka
-BATHROOM: shower, sink, bidet and toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, two fans, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer

-From Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by Leonardo Express service to Rome Termini Station and here it is possible to take the subway to MM Vittorio Emanuele (1 stop), 3 minutes away on foot.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by bus shuttle service to Rome Termini Station and here it is possible to take the subway to MM Vittorio Emanuele (1 stop), 3 minutes away on foot.

-From Rome Termini Train Station you can reach the apartment by subway to MM Vittorio Emanuele (1 stop), 3 minutes away on foot.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at the International Car Service (1 minute away on foot). The apartment outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Rome Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
