Cozy apartment of 65 sqm with balconies, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator. The location is great! A quiet residential area and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: bar, supermarket, pharmacy are within walking distance. The accommodation is located a few steps from the Nuvola Lavazza and its museum, while in just ten minutes walk you can reach the historic center.

- From Porta Susa Station: bus line 27 with the stop Regio Parco, 130 meters from the flat
- From Caselle airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova station or take a taxi

The apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
