Detached house of- From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, you can reach Pisa Centrale Station, thanks to the PISAMOVER service, from where you can take the regional train to Lucca Station, less than 39 minutes by public transport from the property.

- From Lucca Station, you can reach the apartment in just 30 minutes by public transport.

- If you are travelling by car, you can park free of charge on site, 1 uncovered parking space is available, also suitable for SUVs. 40 sqm entirely on the ground floor (not suitable for disabled people).

The interior space is composed as follows:

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
