The space

Stylish and comfortable apartment of about 80 square meters located on the fourth and top floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for disabled people, the lift is narrow)

The internal space is organized as follows:
LIVING ROOM with a relaxation corner, queen sofa bed, dining area, Smart TV and access to the terrace;
KITCHEN equipped with hob, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, toaster and various kitchen utensils;
TERRACE with a fabulous sea view, very spacious and furnished with table, chairs and two deck chairs;
BEDROOM with a queen bed, SmartTV and a wardrobe;
BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning (2 split - in the bedroom and in the living room), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to note
At the time of check-in we will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore we will be asked to show a valid document.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
* 30 euros after 21.30 and until 00.00 *

The tourist tax of 1.50 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Sanremo. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
