Salerno Irno Bright Apartment

Comfortable and bright apartment with balcony, which in 100 square meters accommodates 6 people with great comfort, having three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The flat is located 350 meters from Salerno Irno station and is a 15-minute walk from the city and the seafront, the beating heart of the city's nightlife thanks to the many clubs, bars and pizzerias. In 20 minutes on foot it is also possible to reach the port for ferries with connections to the Amalfi Coast and the islands.

The 100 mq apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building equipped with a lift and is made up as follows:
- Eat-in kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, traditional oven and electric oven
- Living room with sofa, split A/C and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C
- Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C
- Bedroom III with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C
- Toilet I with wc, bidet and shower box
- Toilet II with wc and sink
- Balcony equipped with table and chairs x2.

Additional services available for guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Salerno Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in a semi-central area, just 5 from Irno Station and 20 from Central Station, in an area full of all the comforts you need during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars.
Reaching the center by public transport or by car, it is possible to admire the still intact medieval historic center, numerous churches, stroll along the seafront and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main commercial street of the city. Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Cathedral of Salerno and its crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets in Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, a suggestive and ancient road that crosses the whole old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.
The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events during the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in the month of April and the renowned event "Luci d'Artista" in the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden.
Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, absolutely not to be missed is the Arechi Castle which overlooks the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.

- Villa Comunale: 15 minutes by public transport or 30 minutes on foot;
- Monumental complex of Santa Sofia: 20 minutes by public transport;
- Castello Arechi: 10 minutes by car.

- From Naples airport: with the SITAsud line you can reach the apartment in about 1 hour and 30 minutes by getting off at the terminus and then taking bus line 027 to the "Lungomare Marconi" stop, a 15-minute walk from the accommodation .

- From Salerno Central Station: on foot in about 16 minutes (1.3 km) or by bus line 002 with the final stop "S.Giovanni Bosco DF Civ. 53" 130 meters from the accommodation.

- By car: street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Garage Irno, in Via Irno 41, a 5-minute walk away.
