Apartment, open space, located on two levels of a historic building, dating back to the 1400s.
In 110 square meters of space, it accommodates 5 people. The sleeping area is located on the upper floor of the dwelling
It remains peaceful, overlooking the inner cloister

The location of the house is within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and the most convenient free parking spaces are on Carlo Mayr Street and XX Settembre Street.
It is within walking distance of the church of San Gregorio Magno.

The interior space is divided as follows:

GROUND FLOOR.
Living area. Double sofa bed, TV. Study corner with desk and chair.
Kitchen. Kitchenette with four gas burners, refrigerator and freezer, mocha, traditional oven and microwave oven, gas kettle, wine glasses and various cooking utensils.
Laundry corner with washing machine and sink.
Bathroom. Shower box, bidet, toilet, hand basin and hair dryer.

Interior stairs.
FIRST FLOOR.
Mezzanine with sleeping area (open, NO walls).
Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, closet and single bed, desk with chair and lamp.

OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. AC split (placed near the ceiling in order to cool the whole open space), unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Independent heating.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

Guest access
The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests.
Other things to note
USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
Key collection is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at via Montebello 46 B from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
After 7 pm in SELF CHECK IN mode (with keybox).
Possibility to check in at the office from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a cost of 30 euros.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to take bus n. 1/6/9 to "Giovecca Montebello" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property;
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi;
- For those travelling by car, the apartment is located within the limited traffic area (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking spaces are located in via Carlo Mayr and via XX Settembre, just a few minutes on foot from the property.

The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in.
