The space
The 40m2 accommodation is located on the fourth floor of a lovely historic building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people, please note the presence of stairs at the entrance) and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, moka and kitchen utensils.
- Living area with double sofa bed and TV.
- Sleeping area located on the characteristic mezzanine and equipped with a double bed.

PLEASE NOTE: the height of the mezzanine is 1.5 m

- Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.

Additional services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, independent heating (2 heat pumps), air conditioning (1 split), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

We are in the historic center, possibility of hearing noises due to the rooms located under the house.
Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
