Villa Ciraldo x8 surrounded by green in Monferrato

Charming villa on two levels located on the wonderful hills of Monferrato, in San Salvatore. It boasts large spaces to accommodate up to 8 people and every kind of comfort, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, internal lift, an 800sqm garden with fruit trees, vineyards and vegetable gardens, and a balcony that offers a splendid view over the valleys. The house is detached but not far from the town, surrounded by greenery but not completely isolated, a unique position for a relaxing stay!

The 140 sqm house is on two levels: to reach the upper one, in addition to the stairs, an internal lift (suitable for the disabled) is available that leads to the attic room.

- Second toilet with wc and bathtub with door suitable for the disabled

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, two pellet stoves, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

N.B.: the fireplace in the living room is not functional.

The whole house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:30.

San Salvatore is one of the most important centers of the lower Monferrato, located just 12 kilometers from Alessandria, on the hills that separate the plain of Casale Monferrato from that of Alessandria, in an enchanting landscape of hills and rows of vines that extend as far as possible. The symbol of the city is the historic tower, dating back to 1400, and there are countless religious monuments of artistic importance, such as the churches of San Martino and San Siro. Villa Ciraldo is located on the edge of the town, about 10 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car from essential services such as bars, supermarkets and pharmacies.

The house can only be reached by car or taxi. To get there, you need to set "Villa Ciraldo San Salvatore Monferrato" on the navigator.
