The space
Apartment of about 43 m2 is located on the second floor of a 4-storey building from the 70s, please note that the lift is present but it is on a staggered floor, there are 14 steps to reach it and 10 steps to go down to get to the apartment .

The internal space is organized as follows:

-KITCHEN with hob, fridge, electric oven, electric kettle, moka and various kitchen utensils
-LIVING ROOM with a queen sofa bed and TV
- BEDROOM equipped with a queen bed and wardrobe
- BATHROOM equipped with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE furnished with table and chairs. The view is not panoramic but it is open onto the square, in the distance you can see the Pigna, the historic center of Sanremo.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, 2 fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.
