Apartment located on the third floor, of five in total, of a walk-up building.
In 40 square meters of space it accommodates two people, with one bedroom.
Please note, there are steps inside the apartment.

Only 100mt away is the stop of multiple city bus lines, 250mt away is the "Vittorio Emanuele" stop of metro line A direct to Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese and the Vatican Museums, and 200mt away is the "Cavour" stop of line B direct to EUR.

The interior space is divided:

LIVING AREA. sofa and smart TV, dining table. Kitchenette complete with four gas burners, electric kettle, electric oven, toaster, wine glasses and various cooking utensils. AC split.

BEDROOM. Double bed (1.40x2.00 mt), Split of the AC. Mosquito net. There are six steps to access it.

BATHROOM. Bathtub with shower stall, bidet, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer.

PAY ATTENTION: There are renovation works in the adjacent apartment. There may be some noises.

- From Fiumicino airport, it is possible to reach the accommodation by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Airport station to Roma Termini stop, an 11-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to use the Terravision bus service to Rome Termini station, an 11-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in about 11 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, street parking is available for a fee around the property. Alternatively, it is possible to park (always for a fee) at Park Giolitti, in Via Giovanni Giolitti 267, a 10-minute walk from the apartment, open 24 hours a day.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
