Cozy apartment of 90 sqm, can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the second floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people - 6 steps to access). The accommodation is located near one of the venues of the Sapienza University of Rome and Villa Borghese, respectively 7 and 12 minutes walk. The area is exclusively residential, very quiet, and in front of the building is the bus stop n. 52.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas hob, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, kitchen utensils and access to small balcony II;
- BEDROOM I with double bed (consisting of two non-separable single beds), chest of drawers, split A/C and access to balcony I;
- BEDROOM II with single bed, desk, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM I with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BATHROOM II with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY I;
- SMALL BALCONY II.

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, near one of the offices of the Sapienza of Rome and Villa Borghese. In front of the building there is the bus stop n. 52 and about 6 minutes there are tram stops n. 2 and n. 19, and bus n. 3L. Thanks to public transport you can easily reach all points of interest and visit the beauty of the Eternal City.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach Roma Termini Station with the Leonardo Express service and then reach the "Termini (L)" stop (3 minutes on foot) and take the bus n. 910 to the "Antonelli/Mercalli" stop5 minutes walk from the property.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to take the bus n. 520 to the stop "Capannelle/Castroregio" and reach Capannelle Station. From here it is possible to take the train to Roma Termini Station. From here it is possible to reach the stop of "Termini (L)" (3 minutes walk) and take the bus n. 910 to the stop "Antonelli/Mercalli", 5 minutes walk from the property.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
