Sicilian Dream - Modern Central Apartment

Modern apartment of about 80 square meters, able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, located on the third floor of a building with a lift. The property is located in a central position, a few minutes on foot from the famous Massimo and Politeama theaters.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a private bathroom and three small balconies.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (for one guest only), TV, dining table and access to the balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), insect screens, soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10:00 pm.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is located in the center of Palermo, a short distance from the Politeama Garibaldi Theater and the Massimo Theatre, in a quiet area but with all the main services (pharmacy, supermarket, cinema, bars and restaurants). The main points of interest in the city can be reached comfortably on foot or by public transport: the Palermo Cathedral, the Palatine Chapel, the Zisa Castle, the Capuchin Catacombs, the Quattro Canti and the Praetorian Fountain. In the center it is possible to find characteristic restaurants and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the culinary tradition characteristic of the city and the region.

- Teatro Massimo: 8 minutes on foot;
- Teatro Politeama: 11 minutes on foot;
- Quattro Canti: 15 minutes on foot;
- Palermo Cathedral: 23 minutes on foot;
- Palazzo dei Normanni: 30 minutes on foot / 25 minutes by public transport.

- Max Supermercati (supermarket): 2 minutes on foot;
- Osteria Nonna Dora (typical restaurant): 3 minutes on foot;
- Bar Cavour: 5 minutes on foot.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines or with the regional train to Palermo Central Station.
We also offer a transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 101, from Piazza Giulio Cesare for 6 stops and get off at "Roma-Poste", a 4-minute walk from the apartment.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park (for a fee) at some car parks such, a few minutes on foot from the property.
