The 120 sqm accommodation is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT lift (35 steps to access). ATTENTION inside the apartment there are two steps to the entrance and two to access the sleeping area.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

A surcharge of EUR 20.00 will be applied for check-ins between 20:00 and 21:00, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
After 21:00, self check-in will be carried out ONLY. Further information will be provided after booking.

- If you are traveling by car, pay attention as the property is located in the Restricted Traffica Area. You can park for free about 200/300 meters from the apartment. The nearest paid parking is Autosilos Pian D'Ovile, 6 minutes from the apartment.
