The property is located a few steps from the Syracusan Forum and just 200mts from the Santa Lucia Bridge which leads to the wonderful island of Ortigia (Traffic-Restricted Area), Syracuse's historic center.
The accommodation consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, moka, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, smart TV and sofa bed;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM (access from the bedroom) with shower (a step to access it) and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split air conditioning with heat pump in the bedroom, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night of stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Syracuse Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.
Keys can be collected free of charge via on-site keybox.
In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.

If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: EUR 15.00;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: EUR 25.00.

The apartment is located a few steps from the Syracusan Forum, in a central position and within walking distance of the main services, including bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The Santa Lucia Bridge, which leads to the wonderful island of Ortigia, is only 200 meters away.
Walking through the streets of the island, it is possible to admire centuries of history, splendid palaces, lively trattorias and cafes, as well as other monuments such as the Castle of Maniace, the Fonte Aretusa and the Piazza del Duomo.

- Syracusan Forum: 5 minutes on foot;
- Temple of Apollo: 7 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Duomo / Temple of Athena: 13 minutes on foot;
- Fonte Aretusa: 15 minutes on foot;
- Cala Rossa beach: 16 minutes on foot;
- Castle of Maniace: 22 minutes on foot.

- Midolo Bar/Pastry shop: 1 minute on foot - 110 meters;
- InCoop (supermarket): 2 minutes on foot - 170 meters;
- Il Tiranno Caportigia Restaurant: 4 minutes on foot - 300 meters.

Near the apartment, it is possible to find "Molo S. Antonio" electric minibus stop (one run every 30 minutes, from 8:00 to 20:00, one-way price of 1 euro) which will allow you to comfortably reach some of the main points of interest in the city:
- The Sanctuary of the Madonnina delle Lacrime;
- The Paolo Orsi museum;
- The Archaeological Park of Neapolis;
- The Fonte Aretusa;
- The Castle of Maniace;
- The bus and train station.

The main towns of Sicily can be reached by Interbus coaches from the central station (via Rubino), where the shuttles to Catania-Fontanarossa airport also depart (approximately 1 hour journey).

- FROM CATANIA AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service that connects Catania airport to Catania Central Station, where it is possible to take the regional train to Syracuse station, less than 10 minutes on foot from the property.
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment from the airport by taking Interbus bus, up to Syracuse Station.

- FROM SYRACUSE STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in less than 10 minutes or by taking the minibus.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: The nearest car park is Molo S. Antonio parking (for a fee), open 24 hour/day, a 2 minutes on foot from the property.
