Roomy and bright apartment of 150 sqm, with two balconies and a panoramic terrace of 150 sqm with views of Syracuse, Ortigia and the sea. The flat can accommodate up to 5 people and is located on the 5th floor of a building with lift, in a residential area of ​​Syracuse, full of services and well served by public transport.
The apartment consists of a kitchen with dining area, a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies and a large terrace.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with two sofas, armchair and access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with access to the balcony, gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, blender, kitchenware, wine glasses, dining table and Smart TV (no cable channels);
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, armchair and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, armchair, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM III with single bed, wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with sink, shower (raised), bidet and toilet;
- SERVICE BATHROOM with washing machine, sink and toilet;
- TWO BALCONIES;
- PANORAMIC TERRACE (accessible via a spiral staircase) with outdoor forniture.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split in the kitchen, in the living room and in the three bedrooms), heating with heat pumps, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

OTHER INFORMATION:
- The apartment can accommodate children; however, the presence and supervision of adults is recommended on the balconies, on the terrace and for the internal spiral staircase.
- Please pay attention to the piano in the apartment.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

PLEASE NOTE: there may be some noise due to work in progress in another apartment in the building.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night of stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Syracuse Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.
Keys can be collected free of charge via on-site keybox.
In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.

If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: EUR 15.00;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: EUR 25.00.

The apartment is located in a residential area of ​​Syracuse, full of services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets) and a short distance from Parco Paolo Giovanni II. Furthermore, with a walk of less than 20 minutes it is possible to reach the Archaeological Park of Neapolis, which preserves treasures such as the Greek Theater, still intact, the Amphitheater, the Ear of Dionysus, the Temple of Gerone and the alleged Tomb of Archimedes. Near the property it is possible to find bus stops to reach the station, from which it is possible to reach the wonderful island of Ortigia on foot or by taking a shuttle. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the island by car (ATTENTION: the island is mostly a pedestrian area). Among the attractions of the island, it is worth visiting the Castle of Maniace, Fonte Aretusa, the ancient temple of Apollo and, absolutely not to be missed, Piazza del Duomo, one of the most spectacular in all of Sicily.

- Parco Paolo Giovanni II: 4 minutes on foot;
- Parco delle Neapolis: 18 minutes on foot / 5 minutes by car;
- Ortigia: 8 minutes by car / reachable by public transport.

- Conad City (supermarket): 2 minutes on foot;
- Laudien (bar): 4 minutes on foot;
- Le Jardin du Gourmet (Italian restaurant): 7 minutes on foot.

- FROM CATANIA AIRPORT: bus stop to reach the airport about 10 minutes on foot from the structure (travel time: about 1 hour).

- FROM SYRACUSE STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment in a few minutes by bus.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: near the property it is possible to find free parking (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable) and paid parking (blue lines).
