Charming apartment that accommodates up to 3 people, recently renovated and furnished with a distinctive style that combines modernity and a strong sense of identity. Located in a central location, it boasts proximity to a wide range of shops, restaurants and services. Furthermore, it is located just 8 minutes walk from the central station (600 metres) and 100 meters from Largo Ciaia, where it is possible to take the Ferrovie Sud Est buses, thus facilitating urban and extra-urban travel.

The 35m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a condominium building NOT equipped with a lift: you need to climb the stairs (23 steps in total) to reach the entrance.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with two induction burners, fridge, freezer, moka and traditional oven
- Living area with dining table, queen-size sofa bed, smart TV and split A/C
- Sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe, smart TV, desk and split A/C
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower cubicle
- Balcony equipped with table and chairs x2.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

In this apartment check-in is carried out in automated access mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is a city that captures not only the eyes of travellers, but also the palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to fried panzerotto, from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to broad beans, from Bari-style raw ham to orecchiette with turnip tops. It is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban gathering for young people and adults, thanks to the presence of trendy and sought-after clubs, but not only that, as it also offers many attractions to culture-loving tourists. There are many events and shows such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and above all the Fiera del Levante, an international trade fair, which takes place in September. The Fair aims to encourage exchanges between East and West, of which Bari is traditionally the most available meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: a 15-minute walk from the seafront, among the liveliest areas of the city, animated by live concerts, the feast of San Nicola and numerous street food events. It is also just a 20-minute walk from the historic center and the renowned "N'derr alla lanz", the temple of raw fish from Bari, and an 8-minute walk from Bari Central Station. All the services needed for a comfortable stay can be reached on foot: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 400 metres.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to Bari Centrale station, 550 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment is easily reachable in 7 minutes on foot.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). It is possible to park for a fee at the Garage Gea car park, in Via Trento 27, a 5-minute walk away, or at the Rossani rest area, 200 meters away.
