Studio Gem: Compact Comfort Redefined

Nice studio apartment perfect for two people, recently renovated and tastefully furnished. Located in a semi-central neighborhood, the accommodation is just a 15-minute walk from the lively Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the central station, combining tranquility and convenience. The area is well served by a variety of useful shops, including pharmacies and post offices, and is strategically positioned close to the judicial citadel and motorway exit, making travel quick and easy.

The studio of 30 sqm is located on the -1 floor of a condominium building: you need to go down the stairs from the entrance of the building to access it.

We would like to point out that the apartment is on the first floor, if we consider the back of the building: therefore, since the window faces the back, it is neither at street level nor under it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, traditional oven and toaster
- Living area with dining table and armchair
- Sleeping area with foldaway double sofa/bed, wardrobe, TV and split A/C
- Toilet with wc and shower box(NO bidet)

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Salerno Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in a semi-central area, just 15 minutes on foot from Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Central Station, in an area full of all the comforts you need during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars.
Reaching the center by public transport or by car, it is possible to admire the still intact medieval historic center, numerous churches, stroll along the seafront and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main commercial street of the city. Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Cathedral of Salerno and its crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets in Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, a suggestive and ancient road that crosses the whole old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.
The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events during the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in the month of April and the renowned event "Luci d'Artista" in the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden.
Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, absolutely not to be missed is the Arechi Castle which overlooks the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.

- From Naples airport: with the Alibus line you can easily reach Napoli Centrale station, where you can take the train (high speed or intercity/regional) to Salerno station.

- From Salerno Centrale station: on foot in approximately 14 minutes (1.2 km) or by bus line 025 with the final stop "Vinciprova Tribunal" 300 meters from the accommodation.

- By car: street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, you can park for a fee at the Garage Irno, in Via Irno 41, a 10-minute walk away.
