PLEASE NOTE: Air conditioning is only available in the two bedrooms.
The fireplace and the strong floor are NOT usable.
Heating is available in room 3 and 4.
It is ABSOLUTELY forbidden to feed the horses in the riding stable near the property.

SWIMMING POOL HOURS:
The pool will be open from 15 May to 15 October. Permanent presence of the man.

Upon request it is possible to request daily cleaning service and chef.
We point out the presence of external cameras (entrance).
Inside the villa there is a permanent exhibition, it is also possible to purchase the paintings.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Children under the age of 14 are exempt and are handicapped with a certificate.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

For check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 there will be a surcharge, payable in cash on arrival, equal to 40€.
Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.

To better visit San Vito and surroundings we recommend the use of the car. Don’t miss Church of San Vito, Church of San Lussorio, Muravera that stretches along the Flumendosa valley. In addition, within minutes you can reach the Feraxi Beach, Villaputzu, San Priamo, Porto Corallo and its modern marina.
A few kilometers you can reach all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy.
