Comfortable 87 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a renovated building with lift (not suitable for people with disabilities). The property is located in a quiet area of Taormina, just a 10-minute walk from Porta Messina, an ideal starting point for reaching all the main points of interest on foot. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a balcony and a large panoramic terrace.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with 4-burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, moka, small table and access to the terrace.
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, table, TV and access to the balcony.
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed and access to the balcony.
- BEDROOM 2 with 2 single bed, a wardrobe and a fan.
- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, toilet.
- PANORAMIC TERRACE with chiars, table, deckchairs and umbrella.
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, portable air conditioners (in the living room and in bedroom 1), independent heating, washing machine (on the terrace).

The apartment is located in a strategic area of ​​Taormina, a short distance from the historic center and the main services.
Taormina is a city center full of artistic and naturalistic wonders. In the village, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is a must. The beaches adjacent to Isola Bella, the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto and the splendid town of Giardini di Naxos are unmissable destinations during your stay!
The cable car is less than 10 minutes away on foot, with which you can reach the beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella in just 3 minutes.

From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Taormina by:
- Bus of the Interbus company to Taormina.
- AMT Alibus to Catania station, where you can take the regional train to Taormina train station.
- Taxi from the airport (about 1 hour).

From Taormina station, it is possible to reach the centre with the buses of the Interbus company.

Please note: the historic centre of Taormina is a completly pedestrian area. For this reason, you will be required to leave your car in one of the car parks of the city. Lumbi Parking (available for a fee) is a 19-minute walk from the accommodation.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30
EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00
Late check-ins are not available after 00:00

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

Private parking is seasonal and free until 31 September.
