Bright and spacious apartment located in a villa in the San Vito district, a stone's throw from the NCO School of the Navy (150 meters). The apartment is also a 15-minute walk from San Vito beach and Baia delle Zagare, and a 20-minute drive from the center of Taranto. Equipped with two double bedrooms and a bathroom, it comfortably accommodates 4 people being equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay, including an equipped patio and a parking space inside the gate.

The 100 sqm accommodation is located on the ground floor of a villa (there are 2 steps at the entrance) and is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with sofa, TV and split AC
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, split AC and desk
- Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe, clothes rack, split AC and desk
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box
- Covered patio with access from bedroom I, equipped with table and chairs x4

ATTENTION: NO WIFI

Additional facilities available for the guests: heating with heat pumps, washing machine, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

PLEASE NOTE.: It is possible to turn on the pellet heating on request and upon payment of the fuel on site.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Taranto Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

San Vito is a nice residential discrict of Taranto located on the homonymous cape, an undisputed destination for seaside tourism thanks to the numerous establishments and beaches equipped with services, and from the uncontaminated. San Vito also hosts a patronal feast in honor of the holy martyr, considered the protector of the territory since the Middle Ages. It is located just 10 minutes from the center of Taranto and from the main points of interest, such as the renowned National Archaeological Museum, containing one of the largest collections of artifacts of Magna Graecia, and the Aragonese Castle, symbol of the city.
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Navy NCO School and 15 from the beaches. The area is full of shops and restaurants, and is equipped with every essential service: within 600 meters there are bars, supermarkets and pharmacies.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA - BARI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment in a total of about 2 hours and 45 minutes with the PUGLIAIRBUS line to the Piazza Della Libertà stop and then with line 28C with the final stop "V.le Jonio - 414 ", 2 minutes walk from the property.

- FROM TARANTO GROTTAGLIE AIRPORT: the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi (about 30 minutes).

- FROM CENTRAL TARANTO STATION: the apartment is easily reachable by bus with line 28C with the final stop "V.le Jonio - 414", a 2-minute walk from the property.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the ZTL and has a parking space inside the gate of the villa.
