Cozy mountain apartment located in Fusine in Valromana, a hamlet of Tarvisio (UD), a town renowned for its spectacular lakes of the same name. The accommodation, 8 minutes by car from Lake Inferiore and Lake Superior, directly overlooks the magnificent chain of the Julian Alps, including La Ponza Grande, Mangart and Picco di Mezzodì.
Equipped with wifi and free parking space, the apartment is the ideal opportunity to spend a holiday immersed in the Friulian nature.

The 90 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a period building without a lift, so it will be necessary to climb some stairs to reach it.

ATTENTION: presence of a small step in the bathroom.

The internal space is divided as follows:

- KITCHEN with dining area, gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, moka, blender and kitchen utensils;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed and TV;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe and dresser;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed and dresser;
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine;
- STORAGE ROOM;
- BALCONY (mountain view) with chairs and table;
- PARKING SPACE outside, in front of the garage.

Additional services available to guests: unlimited wifi, central heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.

We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost:

- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.

The Fusine lakes are located in the municipality of Tarvisio, in the province of Udine, a few kilometers from the border with Slovenia, at the base of the mountain range of the Monte Mangart group. They are two lakes of glacial origin, respectively called Lago Superiore and Lago Inferiore, and are located in a protected area, the Laghi di Fusine Natural Park, on the border between Italy and Slovenia.
The Valle dei Laghi, which begins in the town of Fusine in Valromana, is one of the coldest places in Italy. In winter, the frozen lakes offer, together with the panorama of the snow-covered valley, a breathtaking spectacle.
In summer, however, the two lakes can be traveled along the perimeter with an easy path, Lake Superior and Lake Inferiore are also connected by a short woodland walk. Lovers of more demanding excursions will instead have the opportunity to take a route to get to the Zacchi refuge, up to the Ponza hut, from which you can admire the entire valley with the two lakes from above.

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi / car (217 km - 2 hours and 26).

- From the Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from the Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to the Tarvisio Boscoverde station, from which it is possible to reach the accommodation thanks to bus line 200 with stop "FUSINE via Luigi Cadorna (in front of street number 59)", a 10-minute walk from the property.

- From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train with the Tarvisio Boscoverde stop, from which you will have to continue with line 203 "RUTTE GRANDE Strada Statale 54 (crossroads, direction Fusine)" with stop at "FUSINE via Luigi Cadorna (in front of civic 59)", a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

- If you are traveling by car, to get to Tarvisio you can take the E70 and A23 from Venice or Trieste; from here the road to reach your destination is the SS13.
