Tarvisio is the strategic point for visiting Austria and Slovenia, discovering the Fusine Lakes and the typical cuisine of Valcanale, exploring the Millenary Forest or reaching the peaks of the Julian Alps. We are located just 300 meters from the ski slopes.
The space
LIVING AREA: living room with double sofa bed, tv and kitchen equipped with a moka pot, a Nescaffe coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a toaster and various utensils.
BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables with lamps and wooden wardrobe.
BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and clothes horse.

Autonomous heating.

Outdoor parking (remains inside the condominium) without assigned number, subject to availability.
Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.
