The property is located in the heart of Parma's historic center (ZTL), within walking distance of the city's main monuments, such as the Duomo and the Palazzo della Pilotta.
It is located opposite the prestigious Regio Theater.

The interior space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA.Single-size sofa bed, 39" TV. Elegant kitchen with peninsula equipped with five gas burners, refrigerator and freezer, mocha, dishwasher, traditional oven, wine glasses and cooking utensils. AC split. Access to balcony with table, chairs and umbrella.
BEDROOM. Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, desk. AC split.
BATHROOM. Bathtub with hand shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer.

OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

- From Parma Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 6 to “Viale Toschi Via Bettoli” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- From Parma station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in less than 10 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee at H24 Duc Parking car park, a 4-minute walk from the property.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule:
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
