Located on the top floor of a period building, it boasts an exclusive terrace with a 360° view of Naples, from the gulf, to the port and the hilly area. The location is perfect: in the lively and very central Quartieri Spagnoli, a stone's throw from the Sanctuary of Maradona with the famous murals, in an area full of trattorias, pizzerias and places where you can immerse in Neapolitan vitality.

The 67 sqm accommodation is located on the fifth floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION! You need to climb the stairs to access it.

The space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, toaster, blender, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with double sofa bed, desk, split A/C and TV

- Terrace on two levels (pay attention to the staircase that separates them) with 360° views of the city, equipped with table and chairs, sunbeds, umbrella and fixed cover on the narrowest sides.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
