The Charming House - Pantheon

Delightful apartment in an elegant building, bright and quiet, a few meters from Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain.

Fourth floor with elevator (not suitable for the disabled), ideal for the stay of a family, a couple or a group of friends being able to have four beds (arranged with a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room) and two bathrooms, one of which is very spacious and with a Jacuzzi; in 60 square meters of space in total.

The accommodation consists of the following:

KITCHEN.Kitchenette with four gas burners, refrigerator and freezer, mocha and Nespresso coffee maker, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, wine glasses and various cooking utensils. Dining area. Portable fan.

NB. The entrance is guarded by military security as there is a political party secretariat inside the building.

From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Train Station by Leonardo Express train. From here it is possible to take public transportation line 40 / 64 to "Argentina" stop, a 9-minute walk from the apartment.

From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Train Station by regional train or by shuttle bus service. From here it is possible to take public transportation line 40 / 64 to "Argentina" stop, a 9-minute walk from the apartment.

If you're travelling by car it is possible to park, for a fee, at Parlamento Parking (3 minutes on foot)

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Silence from 10PM to 8AM

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
