Modern and functional apartment of about 45 m2 which can accommodate up to 3 people located on the first floor of a building equipped with a lift.
The property is located in an area served by everything: bars, supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy.
The accommodation has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Possibility to find free parking in the street
The space
Apartment of about 45 square meters is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation consists of:

KITCHEN: open view, with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, moka coffee maker, juicer and kitchen utensils
LIVING AREA: with single sofa bed and dining area
BEDROOM: equipped with a double bed and wardrobe
BATHROOM: equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer
Our guests will also have free unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (1 split in the living room), TV, iron and ironing board, washing machine, independent heating, fan, balcony
Free street parking on white lines

Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes).
Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
