The property is located in the Cit Turin district, just 550 meters from the M1 Bernini metro which connects the two stations, Porta Nuova and Porta Susa. All useful services such as shops, bars and restaurants are available in the area. The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and one balcony.

The internal space
The 80 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it).

- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed with two single beds that become a double bed, dining table, 28" TV and access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, two moka pots, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, desk, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine;
- BALCONY (accessible from the kitchen).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, a portable fan, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Description of the area
Cit Turin is a historic district of Turin, the only one with the name in the Piedmontese language. It has always been considered a prestigious residential district, due to the presence of luxurious period buildings, numerous buildings in Art Nouveau, Deco and Neo-Gothic style, one of the most renowned markets in the city (Piazza Benefica), prestigious shopping streets , and finally the modern Palace of Justice located in front of the recent Intesa San Paolo skyscraper. The proximity to the city center, combined with the tranquility of its streets, the presence of numerous public transport lines and the underground line, have made this neighborhood one of the most sought after in the city.
The neighborhood is full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. The Corso Svizzera and Piazza Barcellona markets are very close. Very convenient for public transport. (Bus lines 13 and 71 lead directly to the Porta Susa railway station in 5 minutes). The nearest Metro stations (Principi d'Acaja and Bernini) can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.

Alternatively, it is possible to park at the Boncompagni garage, in Via Carlo Boncompagni 3, 300 meters from the accommodation.
