Cozy apartment of approximately 80 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the THIRD floor of a building without a lift. The apartment is located in a strategic area as it is located in the heart of the historic center and 650 meters from the Port of Trapani from which ships and hydrofoils depart for the Egadi islands, Pantelleria, Tunisia and Sardinia.
The property is located in the Restricted Traffic Area and all the main services can be found in the surrounding area.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with induction hob (4 burners), fridge, moka and capsule coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, double sofa bed, 50 inch flat screen TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet with hydrobrush;
- SERVICE BATHROOM with sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, A/C with heat pumps (split in the kitchen, living room and bedroom), washing machine (in the service bathroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack, soundproof windows and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is on the 3rd floor with NO lift.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Trapani, equal to €2,50 per person per night of stay (5 nights maximum).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00
EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30

It is not possible to check-in after 01:30, not even for a fee.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Trapani, in the ZTL area of ​​the city (Traffic Restricted Area) and CANNOT be reached by car. All the main services are located in the surroundings of the structure.
