Apartment located on the third floor, of four in total, of a period building without lift.
In 40 m2 of space, it comfortably accommodates 2 people with a double bedroom, kitchen, dining area and bathroom.

The property is located in the Trastevere area and it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue lines) or at the Ponte Sisto Garage, a 5-minute walk away.
The ZTL is active from 6.30 to 10 in the morning.

The apartment is organized as follows:

LUNCH AREA. Table for two, nook with electric kettle, toaster, mocha, juicer, cabinet and mirror.
KITCHEN. kitchenette complete with two gas burners, refrigerator and freezer, traditional oven, wine glasses and various cooking utensils.
BATHROOM (accessible from the kitchen). Shower stall, toilet with hand shower, sink and hair dryer.
BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 mt), two bedside tables and lamps, two armchairs and smart TV. AC split.

OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited wifi, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
Independent heating.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station with the Leonardo Express service. From the station it is possible to take bus 64 to "via Torre Argentina" stop , 12 minutes away on foot

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station thanks to the shuttle bus services. From the station it is possible to reach the apartment by taxi in 20 minutes.

-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taxi in 20 minutes or by taking bus 64 getting off at "via Torre Argentina" stop, 12 minutes away on foot

If you are traveling by car,it is possible to park, for a fee (blue stripes), in the surrounding streets or at the Garage Ponte Sisto, a 5-minute walking from the property. The City Center Restricted Traffic Area is active from 6:30 AM to 10 AM.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
