Trullo Grecla with swimming pool and parking

Wonderful trullo with a typical and suggestive architecture, equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 4 people in 100 sqm in great comfort. The trullo is located in the countryside of the Valle d'Itria, in the immediate suburbs of Locorotondo, where it is possible to enjoy holidays in total relaxation and explore the surroundings comfortably by car. In the garden there is a comfortable above ground pool, a patio with a view of the surrounding valley and a barbecue. Parking included!

The 100 mq accommodation is located on the ground floor of a complex of trulli (a step is noted at the entrance) and is made up as follows:

- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, toaster, kettle, blender, traditional oven and microwave
- DINING AREA with dining table and TV
- LIVING AREA with armchairs
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe
- BEDROOM II with two single beds
- BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower

N.B.: there is no door between the two bedrooms, but they are separated by a curtain.

In the large garden are available:
- Two parking spaces
- Above ground pool (open from mid-June to mid-September
- Covered patio equipped with barbecue, sink, table and chairs
- Gazebo with sofas.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, fan, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

N.B.: the fireplace in the dining area is NOT functional.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Martina Franca.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Martina Franca is an enchanting town in Baroque style, located in the heart of the Itria Valley and surrounded by typical olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley. Do not miss a visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical fountains. Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo.
The accommodation is located in a quiet hamlet 15 minutes by car from the center and on the outskirts of Locorotondo, where you can find essential services such as bars, pharmacy and supermarket (5 minutes by car).
