Beautiful trullo with typical and evocative architecture, equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 5 people, with three bedrooms, a bathroom and large garden with equipped patio and barbecue, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. The accommodation is located in a quiet and green hamlet of Martina Franca, a 10-minute drive from the center and in a convenient position to reach the other unmissable places in the area such as Ostuni, Locorotondo and Alberobello. Parking spaces included!

The accommodation of approximately 150 m2 is located on the ground floor of a trulli complex and has a large garden with barbecue, swings and basketball hoop.

The space is divided as follows:
- KITCHENETTE equipped with two induction burners, mini fridge with small freezer compartment and moka
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa, split A/C and TV
- BEDROOM I with double bed and clothes hanger
- BEDROOM II with two single beds and clothes rack
- BEDROOM III with single bed and open wardrobe
- BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet and shower
- Covered PATIO equipped with table and benches.

Uncovered parking available inside the gate with various parking spaces.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
- A/C ONLY in the living room, absent in the bedrooms
- There is a step to access the double bedroom
- The single room does NOT have a door, but is closed with a curtain
- The fireplace in the living room is NOT working.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Martina Franca.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Martina Franca is an enchanting town in Baroque style, located in the heart of the Itria Valley and surrounded by typical olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley. Do not miss a visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical fountains. Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo.
