The accommodation is immersed in the green city of Padua, two tram stops from Prato della Valle and close to all the main services: bus and tram stop, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.
The accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.

The accommodation has a parking space in the garage, only for utility

The interior space is composed as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, Smart TV with Netflix and Prime, ceiling fan, table with chairs, access to the inner courtyard;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.

For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
It will be possible to enter the apartment starting from 15:00

The district of Santa Croce, initially outside the medieval walls, was gradually integrated into the walls of the fourteenth century and is therefore one of the 5 historical areas of Padua, the southernmost.
The perimeter of the district is represented by the bastion Alicorno, the fortified point of the city walls facing south, from the right bank of the river Bacchiglione at Via Goito, the roads via Pasquale Paoli and via Alberto Cavalletto that lead from the Saracinesca bridge of the Paleocapa Riviera to Prato della Valle, the south side of Prato della Valle bordered by the Boario Forum, the Cavazzana road, the Michele Sanmichieli road to the Santa Giustina bastion, the sixteenth-century walls bordered by Via Giordano Bruno that joined the bastion Alicorno at the height of Piazzale Santa Croce.

-Pam City (supermarket): only 7 minutes on foot.

-From Gino Allegri Airport you can reach the apartment by public transport in 22 minutes (taxi 5 minutes away). Take the bus 'U12' from the airport and get off at the stop 'Cavalletto ang. Cerato', then take the bus 'U05' and get off at 'Siracusa 20 (fr. Ex Termininea)', 5 minutes from the apartment.

-From the station you can reach the apartment by tram (SIR1) in just 24 minutes by getting off at 'Tram Santa Croce r', a 6-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car you can park on site: 1 covered parking space available, in the garage (suitable ONLY for utility cars). The garage is on the underground floor and is easily accessible by lift.
