Valbona Apartment in the heart of Urbino

Cozy apartment perfect for two people, located in the center (ZTL) in a historic building from the 1500s in Contrada Valbona, on the street (Via Mazzini) that leads to the main square of the city. The accommodation enjoys an enviable position, in a lively area equipped with all the essential services, and overlooks the beautiful streets of the historic centre. It is perfect for living and breathing the ancient Renaissance Urbino within its ancient and characteristic alleys.

The 40 mq apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift: you need to climb the stairs to access it. There are also two internal steps at the entrance to the apartment.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and electric oven
- Living area with sofa, dining table and TV
- Bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and desk
- Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating with boiler, one fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Urbino, equal to EUR 1.50 one night per person for the first 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Called the "Ideal City", Urbino is one of the most important Italian Renaissance centres, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. Home to illustrious names such as Raffaello Sanzio, Piero della Francesca and Federico da Montefeltro, it is the ideal destination to immerse yourself in an atmosphere full of history, art and culture. Countless monuments and points of interest: the church of San Francesco built in the fourteenth century, the Palazzo Ducale and the Oratorio San Giuseppe which houses works of great prestige, just to name a few. A visit to the gardens of Piazzale Roma is also not to be missed, where it is possible to admire a suggestive panorama and the bronze statue dedicated to Raphael, and the birthplace of the artist, now home to the museum and the Raphael Academy.
The accommodation is located in the center, in a perfect position to explore the city on foot. All essential services are close at hand: bars, supermarkets and chemists are in fact within 250 metres.

- From Rimini Airport: it is possible to reach the apartment by regional train to Pesaro and from here by bus on the LV line with the final stop at Di Vittorio 1, 500 meters from the house.

- From Urbino station: : it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in a few minutes (150 metres).

- If you travel by car: ATTENTION, the accommodation is located in the ZTL. It is possible to leave the car for a fee in Piazza del Mercatale, 100 meters from the house.
