Located in one of the most beautiful quarters of Venice, it is just a few minutes from Piazza San Marco, the Rialto Bridge and Campo Santa Maria Formosa, so it's really in the heart of the historic center.

LIVING AREA. Living room with double sofa bed and kitchen equipped with moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave.
DOUBLE BEDROOM 1.
BEDROOM 2 with two single beds (unibili).
BATHROOM 1. Shower box, bidet and hairdryer.
BATHROOM 2. Shower box and bidet.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Split A / C (in the two bedrooms and in the living room), TV and iron. Wifi rechargeable with 300gb per month available to guests.
There is a step to access the sleeping area and one to access the second bathroom.

Guests must show ID documents upon arrival. The tourist tax is not included in the price, you have to pay it in cash upon arrival. It's €4 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, children 10-16 years have a reduction on the tax of 50%.
