The accommodation is located just 9 minutes on foot from the Verona Arena and the main streets of the city center of love! The area is served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.

The interior space consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and two balconies.

The 80 sqm accommodation is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (steps to access).

- BATHROOM with chromotherapy shower, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with table and chairs.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in the historic district of Verona, a city of history, culture and social life, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is famous all over the world as the homeland of Romeo and Juliet, but it also has a lot to offer: from the lively opera scene to traditional food and wine, its urban and suburban territories are rich in cultural treasures. It is a place of great traditions that cannot be missed.
Not to be missed is the central Piazza Bra, here you can admire the ancient walls of the Arena di Verona, home every year to one of the most famous opera festivals in Europe, and the Portoni della Bra.
The many other monuments of the city can be reached with a pleasant walk near the river Adige.
Castelvecchio, for example, is the most impressive monument of the city or the Roman Theatre of Verona, where even today there are theatrical performances during the summer, both are just a few tens of minutes walk from the Arena. A visit to Verona is not complete without taking a look at Juliet’s house and her famous balcony, famous all over the world for the tragic love story of Romeo and Juliet.

Alternatively, you can take the bus N 199 "Stazione Porta Nuova E1" and continue to the stop "Verona Stazione Fs - E1", just 13 minutes from the apartment;

- From Verona Porta Nuova station you can reach the apartment on foot, only 12 minutes on foot;

- If you are travelling by car, you can park for free on the white stripes (NOT GUARANTEED) in the streets adjacent to the property or for a fee at the parking lot "AMT3 S.p.A.", in Piazza Renato Simoni, just 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.
