Large and cozy apartment of about 200 sqm, able to accommodate up to 10 people, located on the fifth floor of a renovated building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). The property is located near via Libertà, in an area full of shops, a few steps from Notarbartolo station and the English Garden.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies.

The inside is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, coffee pod machine, kettle, oven, microwave oven, dining table and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, A/C split and access to the balcony (shared with the kitchen);
- BEDROOM II with double bed, A/C split, single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM III with double bed, A/C split, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM IV with double bed, A/C split, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM I with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower cubicle (raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- TWO BALCONIES (one balcony with external sink).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (splits in the living room and in the bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine (on the kitchen balcony), soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hair dryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€2,00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10:00 pm.

For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to:
- EUR 15 from 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm
- EUR 20 from 11 pm to 00:00
- EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30 am
It is not possible to check in after 01:30, not even for a payment.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) and well served by public transport, which will allow you to reach all the main points of interest in the historic center of Palermo. Palermo Notarbartolo Station, as well as the lively Via della Libertà and the English Garden are just a few minutes on foot from the property. Furthermore, the 806 bus stops a stone's throw from the accommodation and takes you directly to Mondello beach in about 30 minutes.

- From Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport, the apartment can be reached using the regional train to Palermo Notarbartolo, 6 minutes on foot from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train to Palermo Notarbartolo Station, a 6-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by car, it is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue stripes) or, alternatively, at the Park & ​​Go Italia car park in via Pecoraro 90, a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
